REGISTRATION UPDATE
We’re aware that registration through EasyReg is currently unavailable due to ongoing technical difficulties with their system. We appreciate your patience as they work toward a resolution.
In the meantime, we’ve created a temporary registration form so families can still reserve their camper’s spot and submit registration information while EasyReg is down.
Families may either:
- Pay by check now, or
- Wait to receive an emailed invoice once EasyReg is back up and running.
All campers registered through the temporary form by May 11th will still qualify for the Early Bird Discount.

Price
$475 per camper
You must pay a nonrefundable deposit of $75 to hold your space. Full payment is due by July 13th. You can either pay in full, or pay in scheduled installments.
We understand this is a jump from past years, and we truly appreciate your understanding. With rising costs, we’ve had to increase the price of CBW, but we’ve also adjusted our discounts to hopefully help our families through this change!

Discounts
Early bird discount is $35 off by May 4th.
Multi-Camper Discount is $15 off each registration for families sending 3 or more campers. During registration, you will be prompted to answer if you are registering 3 or more campers this year. If you are, answer yes, and $15 off each camper will be automatically deducted at checkout.
Bring a new camper discount is $15 for you and your new camper friend.
If you are a returning camper bringing a friend, you will be prompted during registration to list how many new campers you are bringing, which will then automatically deduct at checkout. If you are the new camper friend, enter promo NEWCAMPERFRIEND at checkout to receive your discount.
Registration
Registration ends July 13th. In years past late registrations were common. Unfortunately this year registration will be closing on July 13th without exception. We hope you got your name on the books, July 27th can’t come soon enough!
Check in/ check out
Check-In : Monday, July 27th between 3-5 pm
Check-Out: Friday, August 1st at 10:30 am
We will be having a brief closing program for parents and campers, so please come on time so you can join us as we recap the wonderful week of camp we had!
