About Us
Camp Berean Way is an overnight, Bible teaching camp for boys and girls ages 8-18. It’s a ministry of Calvary Chapel, a non-denominational church in Jackson Township. CBW was established in 1976 to give kids the time of their lives while making sure they know about God’s free gift of salvation! Our goal is to focus on the essentials of salvation. We want to present the positive, life-changing message of Christ’s love.
Our Location
We’ll be renting the facilities of Camp CHOF in Dalton, Ohio. Camp CHOF offers a swimming pool, crafts, a challenge course with climbing wall, zipline, go karts, a giant swing, campfires, team games, and so much more! All meals and activities are included in the camp fee.
What We Teach
In Acts 17:11, the Bible tells us that the Bereans didn’t just accept what they were told. They searched the scriptures to find the truth, and that’s exactly what we’re teaching at Camp Berean Way. We want our youth to learn and understand that as followers of Christ we need to be regularly in the Word to find the truth.
